Performance Solutions for Athletes, Teams and Leaders

Sustainable and values-driven systems for results that everyone can celebrate

I partner with sport teams and organizations to support performers, coaches, and leaders by creating sustainable environments where individuals thrive. From local to national programs, I help design systems that prioritize well-being, align with core values, and deliver enduring success.

Expertise in Sport Psychology, Leadership, and Coaching Development

I am a certified coaching course facilitator with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) through the Coaching Association of Canada. I also contributed to revising "BodySense”, a body image and disordered eating prevention program by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.

At the University of British Columbia, I teach courses in sport psychology, leadership, and group dynamics as part of the High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership Program. Additionally, I regularly present at conferences, annual general meetings (AGMs), and professional development sessions, offering expertise on these topics through guest speaking engagements throughout the year.
